North East Wake Park are looking for Operator / Instructors for their System 2 Wake Cable Park,
The successful applicants will be enthusiastic wake boarders and watersports enthusiasts, capable of organising, teaching and dealing with the Public in a range of situations ranging from operating the machinery and coaching, to booking procedures, equipment hire and on line promotion of the Park. Full training is available for the the successful candidates in order to gain the necessary BSSW System 2 Operators License qualification.

In order to pass your Operators License you need the following:

Gain 20 logged hours experience
Be a member of the BWSW
Have a valid first aid certificate
Have a valid CRB check
Attend a Safeguarding and Protecting Children Workshop
Pass your day practical exam

As a System 2.0 Operator you need to gain 20 logged hours of practice at operating the cable. The first 5 hours are with staff riding and then the last 15 are with customers. You will learn how to safely operate and how to correctly instruct people and improve their riding. The 20 logged hours must be done with a member of our crew supervising your training.
