N.E.W.S (North East Windsurfers) 2013 Regional Race series
N.E.W.S. is the North East division of the UKWA, covering the North East, North Yorks and the Scottish borders.It organises and runs an annual regional race series using the facilities of sailing clubs in the area.Racing caters to those sailing in the Formula, Raceboard, RSX and Techno classes, while there are also Junior T15 and a Club Class devoted to the adult novice and or local club competitor with no prior race experience. Events are staged over a weekend with a minimum of 3 races each day, with the best three results to count, so if you can only make one day, you can still get a result.
Racing starts 1.00pm Saturdays and 11.00am Sundays.
