The 5th Element line set permits anyone to easily and conveniently use a kite leash. The leash can be short and inconspicuous, or it can be a long handle-pass leash like the pros use. In either case, releasing the chickenloop quick-release while leashed-in causes the kite to depower immediately and totally and with no line tangles.Whether you ride unhooked, spin, try a water relaunch for the first time or practice a handle pass, all maneuvers, including the latest tricks, can now be performed with the safety leash of the 5th Element. The 5th Element can be used with all 5 line kites and represents a really easy way for intermediates and experts relaunch and control the arc of the kite at will.

Adjustable bar ends permit two different bar widths 44 and 52 cm. The bar is suitable for all kite sizes.

LOW FRICTION CENTER HOLE

The bar is tapered towards the center to reduce depower line friction to a minimum for effortless steering. The central position of the depower line makes it easier to reposition the bar after rotation

NO TOUCH COLORED GRIP

This grip was exclusively developed for North and ensures a firm hold and perfect riding comfort. The grooving at the top of the grip give you an even better hold in all situations.

PADDED SOFTWINDER WINDING POSTS

The inside of the Winding Posts are covered with padding for extra comfort and safety.

Soft winder's rubber coated bar ends reduce the risk of injuries and protect the lines. A separate string of rubber prevents accidental unwinding.
