We have a comprehensive selection of new and used kite and windsurfing equipment for sale,and are also an RYA recognised centre for instruction and hire of windsurfing equipment .All of our staff are enthusiastic wind and kite surfers, (when they get time off!) and we have top flight sailors on hand such as Mike Birt, seasoned pro sailor in kitesurfing and windsurfing,currently Windsurf/Kitesurf magazine tester, to add expertise. The shop is open seven days a week, 9- 6 pm, 10-5pm Saturdays and Bank Holidays.(British Wintertime we are closed on Sundays)If you are in the area please drop in we'd be delighted to see you! | Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept payment by credit cards or debit cards.. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. | Shipping and Handling . Delivery in the UK. Although you are invoiced for carriage on items over £150, Surfstore will pay the first £8 of the carriage . This means that for 48 hour delivery goods will be delivered free of charge to mainland UK. For 24 hour delivery or other premium services or deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands and Channel Isles. £8 will be deducted from the carriage charges.On Overseas Deliveries.Carriage on your invoice is an estimate only and you will be contacted with an actual cost . At this stage you can elect to proceed or cancel the order.When you order online, a shipping cost will be calculated. Because this is complicated due to many factors, it is only an estimate of the cost . Often the actual cost is lower. Any Orders over 2kg packed weight and bulky items can be dependant upon volume as well as the weight of a consignment and so individual quotations are required. Normal delivery services within E.E.C countries are from 2- 5 working days. Delivery to addresses outside the E.E.C Goods delivered to countries who are not members of the E.E.C., are V.A.T.free. However you should check with your Local customs as you may be liable to Import Duties.We take great pride in packing your goods to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. For large items such as boards we use bubble wrap cocoons with cardboard casing to ensure there is no chance of damage during transit. Wherever possible we try to recycle packing materials. On delivery please inspect the packaging for damage before signing and if damaged, inspect the goods before accepting and signing for delivery.All items are fully insured should a problem occur. |
